Dayton Lease Service headquarters is located in East Texas not far from Houston, Texas.  The privately owned company recognized the need for more responsive oil and gas services dedicated to the needs large and small wellsite owners and leasers.  The need for true turnkey services screamed until we decided to answer the call in 2005 and never looked back.  Early customers, from the well-known super powers to the small private partnerships and municipal owners, have helped us rapidly grow at a very quick but controlled pace ever since.

In a time where much of the US Service industry has resorted to using aliens and shipping jobs offshore, Dayton Lease Service enjoys the advantage of having a well trained, and resident local workforce.  We feel strongly that whatever we might save in labor costs by knowingly using untrained or illegal labor is unacceptable for lots of reasons.  Our customers seem to agree with us resoundingly on this policy.  Locally familiarity and relationships really pay off for our customers too when it comes time to clear regulatory hurdles and obtain permits and approvals.  At the end of the day nurturing relationships with everybody is important to us whether employee, customer, supplier, or agency official.

While many, if not most, of our competitors have been in business for a long time, relatively speaking, we are new as a company; and that is our greatest advantage. 

Breaking the mold

While we recognize that we are a new player, we have found that company age means squat when you get right down to it.  What matters is results and work ethic and being willing to break the mold on old fashioned and outdated methods.  If the large, long established, oilfield services company’s service their customers properly we’d never have bothered to go into business. 

Lucky for us the other guys keep with status quo. They keep doing things slowly, the way they always have done them, in ways that cost time and money that our customers can now choose to ignore.
